A.Download the SimHome app from the Play Store (Android)/App Store (iPhone).
B. Set up APP permission to "ALL ALLOWED", and turn on the"Push Notifications.
Also, you can contact Simshine Support Team for help.
Turn on the SimHome APP> Tap “Sign up”>Enter email and password> Tap” Agree 《User Agreement》and 《Privacy Policy》 > Back to Email> Tap” Activate now” to Active your account>Back to SimHome, login with your account and password.
Tips: Ensure that password is 6-16 characters(Number, Letters, Special Characters) in length.
If you deleted your SimHome Account, you may be able to get it back. If it’s been awhile since you deleted your account, you may not be able to recover the data in your account.
Contact the Simshine Support Team with your Email (Also your SimHome account).
Login your account with password> Tap the avatar, enter next page> Tap account, enter “Personal Info” page> Tap “Delete account and data”> Choose “I have read and agree to the SimShine Cancellation Agreement” and Logout.
Tips: Ensure download the data before deleting your account.
Turn on SimHome APP>Enter your email and new password> Back to Email to reset the password.
Options 1: Sign in your account>Tap the avatar, enter the next page> Tap “Device Sharing” enter sharable list > Choose the camera to add share>Tap “+ add share” > Enter the sub-account and tap “Next”> Setup the permission as you want, tap “OK”.Options 2:Sign in your account>Enter Camera Screen, tap”...” enter Setting page > Tap “Device Sharing” to “+ add share” > Enter the sub-account and tap “Next”> Setup the permission as you want, tap “OK”.
Sign in to your account>Tap the avatar, enter next page> tap” Face Management” to “add face”.
PS: It is only available for Simshine Simcam Series (SimCam, SimCam 1S, SimCam Alloy, SimCam Alloy 1S)
Please try the following steps below to troubleshoot this matter.
A.Ensure the Mobile Permission and App permission were set up as “ALL ALLOWED”.
B.Update the firmware to the last version. Tap ”...” enter Setting page> Tap ”Firmware Update” If you still cannot set up it, please get in touch with our Customer Support team for further assistance.

Login to your account-Enter Camera Home Screen>Tap “...” to enter Setting page>Check out in 24H hour review>Tap the record icon to recording the moment you want.
Ps:you can zoom timeline bar as your want and select the time in which you want to play the activity.
To check if there's an available firmware update for your camera: Log in to your account-Enter Camera Home Screen>Tap “...” to enter the Setting page>Check out firmware update>Tap on Update, if needed: The update process will take about 15 mins.
Don't power off the camera when updating.
Login your account > Enter Camera Home Screen >Tap “...” to enter the Setting page > Check out in Camera info.
Currently, the SimHome app is not yet optimized for tablets, iPads, or Chromebooks, you might experience some issues with its features or functionality. For now, we recommend using a mobile device to view and access your camera properly.
A.You forgot your password. Please refer to How to recover forgotten passwords? B.Your account is not existing. Please send an email to us at support@simshinemall.com
Please try the following steps below to troubleshoot this matter.
A. Try to use a different and known working USB-C cable.
B. If available, also try to use another good and working power adapter(5V.2A) that has the same capacity.
C. Plug the camera into a working power outlet.
D. If the camera did not turn back on, insert a paperclip or reset pin into the camera reset hole and press for 10-15 seconds (Verify if there is a voice prompt).
E. For battery-operated cameras, please make sure the batteries are fully charged and try to reinsert the batteries.

Simshine Baby Pro
Please try the following steps below: A. Powered on the Simshine Baby Pro(Led light blinks in blue, and the camera will auto remote).B. Download SimHome app from mobile phone > login account. (If you don't have SimHome account, please click here to register first).C. Tap”+” in the upper right corner of SimHome app > Select the device “Simshine Baby Pro”.D. Follow the guidance steps, select router and WiFi name, enter WiFi password, tap next > Set up Camera Name and Time Zone, tap next.E. Let the camera scan the QR code, waiting for about 1-2 minutes (Led light turns off) F. Once the blinking blue Led light turns off and is equipped with a voice prompt “ connection succeeds, please refresh download your camera list”.Note: This FAQ is suitable for Simshine Baby Cameras.

There is 5 soothing music on the SD card that the baby monitor comes with. You can connect to the SD with your computer, and then replace music files (mp3).
Yes, it will send an alert to you when the baby cries and wakes up.
Turn off: Login your account-Enter Camera Home Screen>Tap OFF button, and the camera will enter sleep mode. Wake up: Login your account-Enter Camera Home Screen>Tap “wake up” to turn on the camera and enter sleep mode.
Sign in to your account>Enter Camera Screen, tap”...” enter Setting page > Tapo” Camera Settings” to adjust device volume.
