Please be informed that due to the upcoming Chinese Spring Festival, orders placed between January 14th and January 29th will not be shipped until January 30th.We are sorry for any inconvinence caused, if you have any questions, please contact us at cs@simshinemall.com.

        • We offer Free Worldwide Shipping for orders over $139. However, as few remote areas cities may not support our shipping methods, we may charge you part of the freight fee before shipping. If you want to check whether there is an extra freight fee for your orders, please kindly write an email to cs@simshinemall.com with your country and postcode.
        • Note that P.O. Box as the shipping address is generally not accepted. If you mistakenly filled with the P.O. Box, you may receive our email requiring an updated street address.
        • Customers often pay no tax.  While please kindly note that each country has different rules concerning import duties and taxes. Simshine is not responsible for any duties, taxes or VAT applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers.  You are suggested to check the local customs policy and potential costs before placing an order with us.

        Delivery Rejection occurs before a customer/consignee accepts the goods, whereas revocation refers to situations where a customer has already accepted the goods. The Simshine gives customers the right to revoke acceptance of goods only in very limited circumstances. More specifically, a customer make revoke acceptance if :

        We have shipped you the wrong item by mistake, we will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative item (if applicable). Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the wrong product   and the shipping packaging.

        Except the above reason, any rejection is not accepted, and unaccepted rejection will cause the parcel returns or destroy. Also, all the return/destroy fees are at the customer's own expense.

        Notes:

        • Products handling time is 1-2 business days usually.
        • All products will be sent out from our Shenzhen(China) warehouse preferentially. Sometimes may be sent from Overseas warehouse.
        • Only Consignee's Address from Contiguous United States and products "Simshine Baby Pro-32G" are available for USA warehouse.
        • Consignees from Britain and the EU will be required to pay for the VAT when items arrive.
        • Consignees from India will be required to pay for the Import TAX and VAT when items arrive ,also need to offer clearance docs .
        • Consignees from Latin America ,please leave a your TAX ID to cs@simshinemall.com with your order no.  and also will be required pay for the Import TAX and VAT when items arrive .
